Data ownership first
Your measurement stack runs on your domain, your warehouse, your accounts. We leave, the stack stays — fully documented.
Decision-grade, not vanity
Every dashboard, every model, every event answers a real business question. If it doesn't, we delete it.
Boring is good
We pick conservative architectures that survive vendor changes, team turnover and the next browser update.

We never replace a working stack without measuring the delta. Numbers, not vibes.
